Recii is leading the HR Tech industry in the development of Voice and AI technology. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to become a vital member of our London-based team. You'll be earning a competitive salary of £40k - £50k base, with the possibility of reaching £80,000 OTE.
As our Senior Business Development Rep, you'll be responsible for managing multiple customers and serve as their primary Recii contact and trusted advisor. With previous experience as a Business Development Manager, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about using creativity to solve problems to help our awesome customers win collaboratively!
To give you a flavour of the role, if you had been with us over the past week, you would have:
Identified sales targets and prospects and responded to several promising leads, converting several to new clients
Led by example, creating sales opportunities where they did not currently exist
Secured an assigned number of sales appointments for the team
Ensured that all call activities are documented on the CRM system
Provided company-shaping feedback on market trends and competitive activities
To succeed in taking your application through to interview, you'll have Head of Sales experience and experience as a Senior Business Dev Rep, preferably in a recruitment and HR industry setting. We'll need you to demonstrate your ability to understand technical concepts and solutions and create customer use cases. As our Senior Business Dev, you'll drive our strategy to deliver exceptional results for customers in an inclusive and committed way.

Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our inclusive and entrepreneurial team in London, and we want the successful candidate on board asap. This role carries a basic salary of £25k - 30k, boosted to a possible £50,000 with commission.

Identifying sales targets and prospects and new leads
Completing several calls to prospects each day, selling our value proposition to get them on board
Securing your assigned number of sales appointments
Documenting all call activities in the company's CRM system

Previous recruitment and HR industry experience
